YoCo Hospitality is a veteran-owned consulting company that partners with independent restaurant owners to uncover hidden costs and practical solutions. We help independent restaurants cut costs and improve efficiency—fast. Our services include operational audits (food, labor, overhead), menu engineering (recipe costing, pricing, profit mix), vendor negotiations, labor efficiency and cross‑training, technology and systems (POS, inventory, scheduling, payroll), and training and coaching. With operator‑led, data‑driven playbooks and hands‑on implementation, we achieve lower food costs, reduced inventory, and faster ticket times. We are pursuing certification as a Veteran‑Owned Small Business through the SBA’s VetCert program and registration with Pennsylvania’s BDISBO.
